Why Can't I Properly Access Ooma from Chrome

Ooma won't let me access from Chrome....simply tells me I have an account and would I like to try Premier? I have Premier. When I access from Firefox, the account displays properly showing my Premier membership as well as the various settings. Why can't I properly access Ooma from Chrome? When I called the CSR, I was given the advice to simply use Firefox from now on. That seems silly and reflects a problem on Ooma's part since Chrome is far and away the dominant browser in the world.

It must be something like this. I use Chrome and have no problem accessing my Ooma account.

Same here, I use chrome and no issues

Try disabling your addons one by one to see if one is causing an issue.
