Telo can't connect internet

my telo can't connect internet,all the telo indication lights are blue,just back cable port one of the light is flashing yellow.my router is Verizon MI424WR. who can help me how to connect internet?thanks in advace

no,my telephone screen shows "Check Tel Line" no dial tone.the cable connect from telo port to router port flashed yellow light

If all lights are blue on the Ooma Telo, the Telo probably is working. Try another Phone and phone cord, Make sure the phone line is plugged into the Phone port.
