Time for a call to show in the call log.

How long does it take for a call to show in the my.ooma.com call log?
Been 25 minutes now and a call I received hasn't shown up in my call log.

Just FYI, 33 MINUTES? It just showed up at the 33 minute mark.
Which leads me to 2 issues:
1) If that's normal, it's unacceptable as we should be able to immediately go to call log in order to blacklist the number if desired.
2) Ooma support is currently having a technical problem they have not or do not want to list under Ooma Status post.

Which is it?

Edit: Just tested it again, 39 MINUTES to show on my.ooma.com call log?

Usually calls show in the log almost instantly for me. However, sometimes (a few minutes ago in fact) I had a call that I made (outgoing) show then I went to the preferences page to make some changes then back to the call log and that call wasn't showing. I reloaded the call log page and there it was. I find this strange.

Can I please get a response from an Ooma Moderator?
How long should it take for a number to appear in the call log at my.ooma.com?
Also, why is the my.ooma.com page taking as much as 25 seconds to refresh?(confirmed on 2 different browsers with 2 different ISP's)
