I received three phone calls back to back, one on my main number and two on my secondary private number. Now I cannot log into My Ooma. I have tried both Chrome and MSIE for both accounts. Both say:
"Cookies are disabled in your browser or something wrong with your security login. Try login again."
What's up?

I am having the same issue starting a few minutes ago. Not a good sign for a user on the 1st day of Ooma service.

Have you tried connecting your computer's LAN port, using a network cable, to the Ooma device's Home port. Note: Power off then power on the computer after the cable connection is made.

About an hour after I made the original post I tried to login again to My Ooma. Ooma's website said the site was down for "scheduled maintenance." This morning it's working.

I have my Telo attached to a network switch. I've also given my Telo a static IP on my network. This allows me to connect to the Telo's setup page anytime I want. There are several advantages to having a Telo connected this way.thunderbird wrote:Have you tried connecting your computer's LAN port, using a network cable, to the Ooma device's Home port. Regarding the problem please see my previous post. The issue was on Ooma's end.
