Ooma Call Logs Not Working-Last Entry 8/25 [resolved]

I just logged on to Ooma.com and noticed the last entry in my call logging was at 8/25 7:16pm.
I saw some other posts about power cycling the Ooma Hub up to 3 times in a row to get this working again which seems strange, but OK.
Is this what I should do?

My configuration: Purchased Ooma Core (Hub & Scout) for $204 from Amazon and put online 11/5/09; utilizing my own external answering machine; Ooma Hub is behind my router; Comcast ISP gets me 10+ mbs DL, and 2.7 mbs UL; Not using the Scout.

Are you looking at the Missed/Recent calls in the Dashboard or in the Call Logs area? I too have always had problems with the dashboard log area, but the Call Logs section (https://my.ooma.com/call_logs) was always correct for me.

Yes I am looking in the right place. Last call logged was Aug 25 7:16pm.

Just an FYI to anyone monitoring this thread. I power cycled my Ooma device and call logging has begun working again. It did not restore all the missing calls to the log since 8/25, but that's OK.

The internal clock on your hub product had jumped so far behind that NTP (network time protocol) was no longer able to correct it. A reboot is the only remedy.
