Voicemail now always "temporarily unavailable" [resolved]
For the last couple days, I've been having a lot of trouble getting into voicemail on My Ooma. Sometimes I can't get into Voicemail at all. Other times, I get in and can see the messages, but when I try to play one, after somwe delay it gives up and I get the pink error message. The suggestion to "try again later" doesn't seem to work.

I just chatted with support and they said:
Sorry for the inconvenience, we detected a Bug in our ooma Voicemail and currently working on to have it removed. You can access your VM in 24 hours

Thank you for sharing that info because I did not notice anything in the Ooma Service Status section that mentioned an issue with Voice Mail or the My Ooma website.ftuggle wrote:I just chatted with support and they said:

I too have been having this issue, and customer support told me there was a "big problem", and many people were affected. They did say that they were aware of this and working on it.

this issue should now be resolved
