telo keeps going red

Hi, lately my telo hub has been blinking red. I know it means there is no internet but my internet is working. I haven't had any issues but now suddenly it starts blinking red. I can't go a day without it blinking red. =(

Wired or wireless connection to the Telo base?
I don't mind getting old, but my body is taking it badly
