Portal blinks red but calls are going out and coming in OK
Anybody know why my portal is blinking red? I've rebooted several times and still getting the blinking red OOMA symbol. The odd thing is the calls are going out and coming in just fine.

See viewtopic.php?f=9&t=18203. The workaround didn't work in your case, so I fixed it a different way.

Hey guys..I'm new to this, but I have this same prob for the last 2 days, amidst unplug/reboots. How do I recover this DECT module? My revision is also A00. I will now try leaving it unplugged overnight as well... How does one check what version or release the device is on? Thanks in advance!!

Your box looked ok when I checked today, but have upgraded it to the new release. You can check the version by dialing *#*#001 (or on setup.ooma.com).

I am having the same issue. I tried the registration reset (holding Antenae button 3 seconds) but that did not work.
Update: Actually if I enable DECT and do the registration mode workaround all is blue. Then I disable DECT and I am back to the same problem.
