This is dependent on the calling parties provider, and if Ooma pays to have the name added to each of the several databases. If it just so happens to be one that Ooma doesn't pay to have the name added to that particular database, it will never show more than the city, state, or some generic. Saying this, I feel Ooma does add to the big telco's databases, but not all the small ones.
