Amber light flashing after installing new cable modem

Amber light flashing after installing new cable modem

I recently replaced my old DOCSIS 2.0 cable modem with a new DOCSIS 3.0 modem (a Motorola/Arris SB6121). I have not had any problems placing or receiving calls after doing this, but now the logo on the Telo now constantly flashes amber. I have unplugged and re-plugged the phone line, ethernet cable and power cable on the Telo, but the problem persists. How can I fix this? Thanks!

The colors are blue, purple and red. What color????
