At What Point is a Voicemail Message Considered "Heard"?
When I check my voicemail remotely (not through MyOoma), and I delete the message, it shows up in Trash (on MyOoma) as "unheard". I have tried waiting until the message is completed and the date/time stamp is played, and deleting it then, but it still shows up in trash as "unheard".
Does anyone know at what point to press "delete" so the message is actually deleted and marked as "heard"?

Re: At What Point is a Voicemail Message Considered "Heard"?
Thanks. I entered a bug for this.

Thanks Tom,
Seems to me that even after I play a few seconds of a message, and press delete, it should be considered "heard".
I look forward to the fix.

I am following up on this...
It's been more than 1 year since I reported the issue, and the problem still exists. If I listen to a voicemail on the Ooma handset it should be treated as heard!
Thanks for checking in on this again!

When you listen partially and delete. Yes, re-escalated.
Re: At What Point is a Voicemail Message Considered "Heard"?
Tom,
I listen all the way through the end of message, until date/time stamp. Then I delete. It shows up in trash as "unheard".

Fix for this issue just got deployed. Another bug that got fixed is where you had to listen to the entire sample greeting before mailbox setup was considered completed.
