setup.ooma.com can't connect [resolved]

In the last couple of weeks or so I haven't been able to access the setup.ooma.com webpage on my Mac. Since the install I have had no issues but now all of a sudden no luck. Suggestions? Ideas?

Found another thread on here and figured out how to access through the 172. method.
