My Ooma Contacts - Upload Photo

Hi!

I am new to the forum and new to Ooma. I have poked around, but haven't seen anything directly related to this. I haven't been able to Upload Photos for any contacts in either the my-beta or my.ooma.com sites. On the my-beta, I get an error indicating "{"avatar"=>["Could not run the `identify` command. Please install ImageMagick."," over and over, ending with "400".

On the old site, it just comes up with error. This occurs with either uploading from disk, or going from a URL.

Any suggestions are welcome.

The open dialog shows all supported types: jpg, png, gif

I have tried loading JPG, PNG, and GIF versions of the same pictures. Is there a recommended size or depth or other format that I should try? Perhaps a naming length? Does it matter that I'm using a Mac vs. using a PC? It seems to happen on any machine that I have.

MyOoma will automatically resize the image. Platform shouldn't matter.

No luck. I have tried PNG, JPG, and GIF versions of a pretty small file. The size is only 154 X 154, 72 dpi, RGB, and a total of 7Kb. Still I get the exact same errors in either the beta or non-beta versions of the contacts screen. Are you sure there is not anything wrong with the uploader/resizer of the my-ooma site? What else should I check on my browser? Or my profile/rights as a user? I'm a new user with a newly created account?
