When I get a call come in it don't give the FULL NAME of the caller.
It just gives a partial name of the caller, no last name.
Are they gonna get it fixed.

Do you have the caller in your Ooma contacts? Check there for name accuracy.

Caller ID Name is limited to a maximum of 15 characters.
Are the names you have a problem with longer than 15 characters?
