New Web Portal Worse Than Old
So, I'm trying to manage my Ooma account today, having to go back and forth from the old site to the new.
Half the time the pages don't load. The other half of the time I could go out for coffee before they load.
Can't make outgoing calls, and inbound calls aren't getting through either.
Called customer service from my cell, got a busy signal.
Tried online support, had 70 people in front of me.
Thinking it's time to give up on Ooma...
