Wait a minute I did my name when I call my self at your number, but my name was not showing.
But it was on the caller ID.

Still nothing for My phone number. Just the name Miller.

Well look at the call loges.

Seems like you getting there.

No last name for none of the phones. On my caller ID no names.

But my full name does show on your phone.

But no my home phone. Just last name.

Your ticket 150513-001880 is closed, but if you reply to the last email you received for this ticket it will reopen and support will handle it from there.

I see you've replied to support email before, so you should have emails referencing support ticket 150513-001880. Just reply to the last email and ask for an update. This will reopen the ticket. Either way I've asked support to contact you in case you've deleted the emails.

Not reply here, but reply to support email. In any case support has opened a new ticket 150529-000167 and has escalated your issue to the carrier.

Rather than dealing with the carrier it's easier to just add the contacts to your MyOoma addressbook. Did that for the two contacts you reported on, so should be fixed now. The addressbook is a premier feature.

Meanwhile logs show the carrier has fixed the problem.
