Missing OOMA

I have 2 Ooma devices. One at my Florida address and one at my New York address. I change addresses every 6 months. Since I recently updated my Ooma site, I have no contact with my florida number. Never was a problem before...i just entered the right phone number and password and both numbers would log in. I need to watch my voice mail in Florida. What do I do?
