Contacts Mysteriously Merging and Deleting

I have been having a strange problem recently where I would have unrelated contacts oddly merge under a name and one would be deleted. For example, Entry "A" has 555-1111, Entry "B" has 588-3333, then a few days later, Entry "A" gets Entry "B"'s number as an additional number, and Entry B gets deleted. It's happened more than once, and I can't figure out a pattern just yet. All entries are created in the My-Beta.ooma.com site. None have a First Name nor Last Name, just a Display Name.

Any clues on how to stop this? It's confusing.

I have the same problem. It seems to go away if you add a first name and last name (I don't know if they have to be unique or not). I also noticed it if you have just a first name. Anytime I had an entry that read "Cell Phone" as the first name it would conflict with other users that had "Cell Phone" as the first name (I was just changing the display name in these instances).
