911 Acknowledgement Issue
When I opened the web page today, a pop-up box required me to acknowledge Ooma's 911 limitations. After reading the required text file, I returned and acknowledged my understanding of the issue. A green pop-up at the top of the screen said "profile updated". When I then went to view my profile page I discovered my mobile number had been removed! (The field was empty)
After restoring my mobile number, I received an email telling me MY SERVICE ADDRESS HAS BEEN UPDATED! No, my service address was NOT updated. My PROFILE was updated.
This can be confusing. Please change your email notification to indicate exactly what was updated and fix your acknowledgement pop-up so it doesn't remove the customer's mobile number.

Me too. Except after getting an email from Ooma, I checked and my 911 setting still had my address.

I like to keep your software writers (and you) busy.Tom B wrote:I've entered a bug for this.
