Why FORCED to use beta version?

Problems using My Ooma? Ideas on how we can make it better? You’ve come to the right place.

Voicemail playback works fine for me using Firefox 41.0.2 (latest stable) & MyOoma BETA. Not sure what else would cause your issue? Codecs?

MyOomaV2 (no longer beta) supports EXPORTING contacts in .CSV format for use in Excel, Outlook, and other programs. Unfortunately, MyOomaV2 still doesn’t support IMPORTING contacts in .CSV format. I have been exporting my Outlook contacts in .CSV format and then importing them into My Ooma for several years. I find this feature very handy, and I use it often. Please include support for importing .CSV files in MyOomaV2 before you kill My Ooma Classic. Thank you.

Note: I would have posted this in the “Suggestions and Feature Requests” forum, but I thought it belonged here, since I’m not asking for anything new; I’m just asking you not to remove existing functionality.
