The billing history shown under the beta does not match the classic. I am now FORCED to use the beta as billing history has been shut down on the classic site. Specifically, I get a credit every month because I am being charged twice for 911 services. My zip code straddles two cities and Ooma is erroneously charging for 911 service in both cities. Ooma is either unable or unwilling to fix this and the "solution" is that someone periodically manually issues a credit for one of the charges. The most recent credit, which was for a 2 month period, shows on the beta. However, the prior credits, generally one for every billing cycle, are not shown.
Please correct the billing history to show all transactions.
Users should not be forced to use the Beta when features are not working.
