I've just gotten myself a linx device for my phone and I've set it up to use the second phone number for myself.

I just received notice about my voicemail message by looking at the phone directly, I don't use the line often but I'm using it job hunting. (I also hardly use the Telo unit / different part of the house).

I've previously received notifications through my e-mail address, and I was hoping for it to continue. It seems things have changed.

Accessing the web portal only gives me details on the first line only, no call logs, no voicemail.

Is there something I'm missing, or that I'm doing wrong in order to access this information?

Log into my.ooma using the second phone number and the password that you gave it when you created the personal number.
