Can't scroll thru contacts

I was using Safari and Torch as browsers on my MacBook Pro, and I can't figure out how to scroll through my contacts, as there are no arrow buttons or scroll bar, and the arrow keys on my keyboard don't do it. All I can get is the first page of contacts and the last page of contacts by clicking on the header to toggle sort order, their is no way to see or work with the contacts in the middle of my list. Any ideas how to get there?

Configure OS/X to have scroll bars, they default to off.
