Community blacklist is blacklisting Apple support

I had Community Blacklist on with it set to go to voicemail and tried to request support. I never got the call instead it went directly to voice mail. It looks like Community Blacklist is blocking Apple Support.

This reminds me why I used to disable it, which I've done again.

Might you have anonymous call blocking on and Apple Support blocks caller ID? I have this issue with some legitimate callers.

Leave the Apple number that SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM the Ooma Community Blacklist. An Ooma administrator will see this and will immediately remove it ... after reading this. They did same when I reported a TWC call back number was blocked and when someone else had a similar problem.
