That fortunately still works for me as long as I log onto the "Classic" OOMA version.

What exactly is the "Classic" OOMA version?
I'm using https://my.ooma.com and the contacts import is via the Ooma Mobile App only.

There is a link at the bottom of the login screen that will take you to the classic version. Many of the features no longer work in the classic version.

My biggest problem with the new OOMA V2 website is that the Contacts when uploaded from an iPhone are displayed as Sort Order: First, Last and Display Order: First, Last regardless of how the Contacts were displayed in the iPhone. As a minimum the Contacts should have a Sort Order of Last, First just like you would see in a telephone book. The best solution would be to include both Sort Order: and Display Order in the OOMA Contacts so the user could display as he preferred.
