Download voicemail does not work - solved
Wanted to download a voicemail message today and the Download button on the web portal does not work. First thing I did was enable popups on the ooma.com domain in Chrome in case that's what they were doing. no go. Also tried IE with no luck.
Tracing the browser, I see that the site does a redirect to a url requesting a download but no file is sent.

Well what'ya know! You have to play the message in the browser 1st before asking for a download!!! Isn't that clever...
I had listened to the message on telo and didn't need to play it via the web again, I just wanted to save it to send in an email.
Seems like if you click the download button and stars are not aligned properly to do the download, an informative message to the user would be in order. But No, it just refreshes and doesn't say a thing...
Nothing mentioned in the popup help on that page either. Oh, well....
