Calls not showing up in the Call Log for a week
Today is December 14, 2015. I just checked my online call log and the last entry was on December 7, 2015. We have made and received several calls since then. Is anybody else having this problem? Is there a fix?

Reboot your Telo to get call records moving forward.

I rebooted my Telo but still no change in the call log. Does it take a day or so for it to update?

So you have made/received calls since rebooting and no NEW call records in My Ooma?

I misunderstood you. I thought you meant that older calls would show up in my log after a reboot. I do have calls showing up in the log after my reboot.

The call logs are generated in the Telo. If it stops reporting them to the server the only known way to get reporting restarted is to reboot the Telo. Unfortunately that deletes any calls that didn't make it to the server.
