No Caller I.D. provided
As of 2 hrs prior to posting this msg, there have NOT been any names listed in My Ooma Call Logs tab for 13 Outgoing calls that were made from home/Telo 2. The only one that shows a name is when I called my cell phone number (not the Ooma app) from my home (Telo2).
I have never experienced this before. What is going on?

Name will only show up for phone numbers you dial that are in your contact list. Name lookup in national database is only done for inbound calls.

Thank you for that memory jog. Turned out my wife was calling a bunch a women one after another to arrange for some monthly game they play. So it was the sequence of NOTHING in Caller I.D. name that caught my eye when in fact as you stated, of course, I see names for all incoming calls.
