website doesn't work for bluetooth adapter installation

I plugged in the adapter, but when I tried using setup.ooma.com, the website doesn't work. Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can make my computer "find" the adapter?

You have to plug your computer to the Ooma device with an ethernet cable for the setup. Once set up you can return you computer to the regular setup.
