Dashboard keeps showing "Offline" but Telo is working fine

For some reason, the last couple of weeks the Dashboard of My Ooma continually shows my Telo as "offline", even though it seems to be working fine (I can call my own number and get my voicemail stats, which I believe is a good test for readiness). The image shows, and it's my older-model Telo, so I think it's being identified properly.

This has persisted through a few power cycles of both my PC and the Telo - any suggestions for other things I can try?

It's not a big deal, but I'd like a reliable indication if possible.
