Personal Blacklist Not Blocking Calls

Post by ricki » Thu May 05, 2016 11:06 am

Even though I blocked their number months ago, today I got a call from a collection agency that has been hounding my deadbeat brother-in-law. It was the same number they always call from, but today it rang through. Then I added my cell number as a test, it also rang straight through to the phone. (I have the block feature set to "send to voicemail").

Edit: It's working now, tested it on Mother's Day and it blocked my cell phone.

Have you checked to see if your personal blacklist setting is still checked in your Myooma?
Sometimes those things tend to get un-checked.

No longer an issue since the MyOoma upgrade.

The call rang the telo as a last resort because the call blocking server ran into a resource issue.
