re-setup voicemail notification?

Did something happen around the end of March that caused my voicemail notification to have to be re-setup?
I used to get voicemails via email and text notification, however I noticed when I logged into the my ooma portal it prompted me to set them up as if it had never been setup initially, and all my previous settings for voicemail notification were gone. I also haven't received any lately, so maybe the settings disappeared ???? thanks.
