Not getting email for new messages
Good morning. Just happened to notice that the message LED on my Telo was flashing. When I checked, I had 2 new messages. My Ooma preferences have always been set to (reliably) send me a text email if a new message comes in... until today.
Recently, Tom B moved my Telo to the new east coast server(s). This seems to have improved general call quality, although usage has been light. Since this is the only change I'm aware of, has the move to the east coast server(s) affected emails for new messages? Or, is there some other internal issue Ooma may not be aware of?

I had the exact same issue after I was moved to the East Coast Server, I am not getting my emails anymore when I add any of my Comcast email addresses, but when I use my work email or my gmail acct it works fine, so I am not sure if this is specifically an issue with the Comcast email.

As a follow-up with another data point... I now have both Charter & gmail addresses set up for notification, but only the gmail address seems to get the notifications.

Tom B, just reconfigured my personal blacklist to go to voicemail, blacklisted a friend & had them call me.
gmail address receives notification. Charter address (same as used for forum) gets nothing. Even logged into web mail to see if SPAM filters got in the way, but SPAM folder is empty.

Further experimentation...
- added a second Charter address
- added an address from a friend's domain that merely forwards to my primary Charter address
I receive NO notifications from any direct Charter email address. All other email addresses (gmail, friend's domain forwarded to Charter) arrive as expected.
