Caller reports "Bunch of rings then a busy signal."
Retried & reports "4 rings then a busy signal."

EDIT: Apologies... neglected to change Personal blacklist treatment from 'Continuous Ring' to 'Sent to Voicemail'.
Based on reports, 'Continuous Ring' seems broken, too...

EDIT #2: Same results as previous tests... only non-Charter addresses get notifications.

The change takes time to propagate. Please try over the weekend.

This morning, I got a notification for a 2-day old msg via my Charter address & a subsequent test yields notifications via all my addresses. I think we're good. Thanks, Tom B/Ooma!
