Block by name not working.

First off, is blocking by caller ID name case sensitive? If not then blocking isn't working as I set up a block for "RED CROSS" and today I got a call from "Red Cross" that went through. I tried to then add "Red Cross" to my block list, but was told me it was already there, so it appears the block list is not case sensitive, which means it doesn't work.

It's case insensitive. Was not blocked because that number is in your Contact list.

I had a the same problem... (posting for the next person to search).
I was trying to block a location based Caller-id: "Allen TX". Calls kept coming.
If you look at the raw HTML in the call log, there are 8 spaces between Allen and TX. Multiple spaces in HTML are combined for display. To see how many spaces are in the caller-id, check the raw HTML for the call log.
(ctrl-U then ctrl-f to search... at least for Firefox)
