Callblocking - blacklisted numbers disappeared - no backup

Logged in to my.ooma.com today. Got messages on dashboard that features are temporarily unavailable.
Logged in again few minutes later just to find out that none of the numbers I added to blocklist were there and that "level of blocking" was set to off. This is second time this happened.

Blocklist had about 150 numbers or so, maybe few more. They are all gone.
It only contains 4 numbers which were added to blocklist from call logs after the fact.

Can we get a backup option for account settings or at list backup for blocklist?

Thank you Tom, but something is still very wrong.

Now I see a lot of numbers I never added to block list, seems they're from somebody else's list.
Only 10 numbers in the list are the numbers I blocked.

OK, this is ongoing issue.
Every day my blocklist disappears and call block settings don't stick either. There's something seriously wrong.

It seems that interface is pulling wrong data ie block settings and blocklist from another subscriber.

Please, fix it.

My blocked numbers disappeared on May 17. I'm receiving calls from previously blocked numbers.

The root cause has been fixed. Yankeefan's list has been restored.

Why is there a blacklist and blocklist function. Support tells me that clicking the block icon on the call log and selecting why i want to block is the wrong way to do a block. I am supposed to go to preferences and MANUALLY enter the phone number on a block list. Give me a break. What are your web dev's smoking?
