Incorrect information under Account -->Services
Hi all,
I just purchased a new Telo to replace a Telo from 2009 that went through one too many power outages. I called Customer Service to give them the MAC address for my new Telo and everything is working fine.
However, when I log into My Ooma and click on Account --> Services to view my system information, it displays the correct MAC address for the new Telo, but for Warranty, it's says "Expired on 10/08/2010" which is the date the warranty on my old Telo expired. Is there anyway the warranty information can be updated? Or will it update eventually and I just need to give it more time?

Maybe another call to customer service?

This is a bug in the backend but support can see when the new device was added so will honor the new warranty.
