Call Forwarding Preferences on mobile device
I don’t keep my mobile phone on constantly, so I frequently change my call forwarding preferences to/from my mobile/home phone. Recently when accessing MyOoma/Preferences/Call Forwarding via my mobile does not fully display the Ring options of ‘always’ and ‘when my Telo is offline’ to the point I cannot change the current option. This seems to have started a couple of weeks ago. The chat line blew me off saying I should use my computer. What gives?
