Hi all,
I can use the local IP of the Ooma device to pull up the web portal, I can browse all the information on there, but as soon as I change one setting e.g. upstream/downstream kbps speeds, it freezes and I don't think even saves the info, but it certainly won't let me pull the portal back up. The screen goes to 'loading config page' and then just times out.
Any advice at all please? Hard reset? (Not sure how to do this, there are two holes on the back of my Ooma but they're too small for pins?)
