I'm stumped-- what is the difference between Call Activity and Call Logs on the dashboard menu? Clicking between them shows the exact same information.

Call activity shows the last 5 calls. So does the logs. No big deal.

So it's just duplicate information? With no purpose? That seems odd.

I think the idea of the "activity" is to provide the latest calls in a single glance without having to go to the call logs function. Sometimes those few calls listed are just what a customer is looking for, especially if they have a doubt about a very recent call.
