Calls log not showing caller Number
I started using my Ooma Telo a week ago.
I am using the basic service. With that service level, I am supposed to get Caller ID, which, from what I understand, is it shows the caller's number (to get the name I need the Premier service).
So, ok, no worry, caller number is enough.
When my phone rings, on my phone, I see the city the call is coming from and, I also see the caller number.
The issue is that, when I log in on my dashboard, I only see the city and not the number!
That's kind of useless!
Any way to resolve that, if I ever want to monitor incoming calls from the mobile app or a computer?
