Export *and* Import contacts on Ooma Web Portal

As I understand it, I can:

• Export contacts from the web portal
• Import contacts from the mobile app

Why can't you do both (Export & Import) from both (Web and Mobile)? Or, at a minimum, do both from the web portal (which I assume most people use more than the mobile app)?

Is Ooma exploring the possibility for doing this in the future? It makes no sense as it is, currently, and is difficult to manage.
