When calling from a cell phone at the number with the Ooma linx (the 2nd number), it will ring on the primary line with the Ooma box!!! Then, the person on the Ooma Linx will answer & the person on the primary phone will answer and we get a 3-way conversation which is NOT what we want.
Does anyone have a fix? The box gets reset but problem continues.
I have tried to get it fix but customer service is poor, not well informed on this problem.

Make the second number/Linx a private number. When called only the phone connected to the Linx will ring.
