Can't block calls from one PC

Just in the last few weeks, I can no longer block callers using the website from my home laptop. When I try, I receive a message stating, "you must have premier service to block calls...". I have premier and I can add a blocked caller using my Kindle or work laptop as normal. Oddly, I can unblock a previously blocked caller from the problem (home) laptop. Chat support can not help and phone support told me to "power cycle the Ooma Telo" which accomplished nothing. It's been about 2 weeks now and the political calls are making me crazy. Worst of all, I paid to be able to do this. Please, can someone help me fix this?

Have you tried using a different browser on your home laptop?
