To block an area code in the Blacklist do I enter the area code and choose 'Starts with', or is there a wildcard character(s) that must follow?

If you select "Starts with", just put in the area code and nothing else.

Enter the area code followed by an asterisk to block an entire area code without blocking a local call that could possibly begin with the same three digits.
