My premier fax redundancy won't set to 3

When I try to set it to 3 instead of 1, an error keeps saying, "There was a problem connecting to the server. Please try again later." Its frustrating because I do have premier service and have had my device and account since June 3, 2019. I'd hate to switch to AT&T just to get my usb dial up modem to connect correctly but it's getting frustrating.

I have Premier and just now I was able to successfully save each of the fax redundancy levels. I use Chrome as my browser.
