Porting status went BLANK

I received a voicemail and email for each of my two porting numbers yesterday, informing me that the port into Ooma is scheduled for today.

After receiving those, I looked at the porting status checklist on My Ooma website, and the check-boxes for both numbers were all checked up to "Port scheduled for Completion" - so that looks right. The only box left to be checked is "Port Completed."

Now, the next day, none of the boxes are checked - all erased. Anyone ever see that happen or know what that means?
