Unable to update old billing info
Please help. When I setup my Ooma Telo phone service the account was in the name of Charlotte xxxxxxxxx. Charlotte is no longer alive. I am Michael (same last name). When I opened My Ooma in my browser I discovered that my credit card had to be updated. I tried to input the correct information but their was no way to change the VISA account holder name. There is no longer a card in Charlotte's name.

You will probably have to call support to make the changes.
