Ooma Telo 2 Call Statistics values missing
Heads up for Telo 2 customers...
Ooma firmware versions where issue occurs..
38550032
42180772
I have Ooma Telo 2.
Current firmware is 42180772.
The issue described below occurred for previous firmware 38550032, also.
Call Statistics values are not populating...
All Mean Jitter (ms) values seem very wrong, and closely matches Rx values.
All Tx values are missing.
All XC Latency values are missing.
All MoS values are missing.

Re: Ooma Telo 2 Call Statistics values missing
It looks like the 'TX values' are there, but they are in the wrong column ('Mean Jitter'), and either the 'Max Jitter' or 'Mean Jitter' values are missing.
Also, clicking on '?' for help does not provide any additional information about what the different columns mean, (like 'XC latency', or 'MoS'). The local help file does not have a section for 'Call Statistics'. And the minimum column width is too narrow to fit even some of the smaller words in the column headers; mine takes 3 lines to spell out 'Reco' + 'vere' + 'd', and 4 lines to spell out 'Mea' + 'n' + 'Jitter' + '(ms)'.

Re: Ooma Telo 2 Call Statistics values missing
I want to add I recently reset my Ooma Telo 2 to factory settings, and the missing statistics values are still missing.
Tried Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers, as well, but no luck.
Really miss seeing those statistics.
