Enabling 10-digit dialing

I can't "Enable 10-digit dialing". I check it and click Save, but it says "There was a problem connecting to the server. Please try again later." I've tried numerous times, but I've had no luck. Any suggestions?

I'm having exactly the same problem.
Plus I can't dial any outgoing calls, though incoming calls work fine.
Is the problem enabling 10 digit dialling related to the inability to make an outgoing call?
